World Crossbow Shooting
Target Crossbow Shooting
usually consists of
shooting up to 90 shots (60 for Sport Crossbow) at a 10 ring (5 coloured),
60cm diameter target face.
At a World Championship type event, 30 shots (20 for Sport Crossbow) are
shot at each of 3 distances ranging from 35m to 65m.
After shooting 3 shots (2 for Sport Crossbow) competitors proceed to the
target for scoring and retrieving their bolts.
The competition is
timed and controlled by judges and a Director Of Shooting.
